Tarek is a social entrepreneur with a BSBA from Georgetown, MBA with honors from New York University and worked at top organizations like Goldman Sachs. In 2013, Tarek left the corporate world behind in an effort to explore the actual world.
Tarek had the courage to leave the comfort of a New York based corporate job, to pursue his dreams.
“The best decision I ever made in my entire life” he says.
After traveling to over 100 countries, running 25 marathons and supporting social causes such as the Kiva, Tarek launched Nomads Giving Back! with the vision to inspire nomads, travelers and expats to give back to the communities we call home away from home.
In this episode Tarek talks openly about his decision to pursue his dreams, how his own travel experience motivated him to start Nomads Giving Back, what was it that he has experienced and how you too can join the effort, connect with local communities and make our beautiful planet even more beautiful.
In Tarek’s own words “Inspire yourself, inspire the world!”
